وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِنْ قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَانْبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَىٰ سَوَاءٍ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْخَائِنِينَ

Va immea taheafanna min kaavmin hiyeanatan fanbiz ilayhim aalea saveain, innaalleaha lea yuhıbbul heaineen(heaineena).

If you fear treachery (of covenant) on the part of a people, then cancel their covenant on terms of equality. Surely Allah does not love the treacherous.
