Ya-Sin Verse 83 - Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose Hand is the Dominion

Ya-Sin

Ya, Sin.

By the wise Qur’an (full of Wisdom and Judgment).

Truly you are of the sent Messengers–

on Sıratı Mustakîm (the path of guidance that leads to Allah).

Sent down by Allah Who is Majestic, the Most Merciful,

that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned. Because they are heedless.

I swear, the Word (of Allah) has proved true over most of them. They no longer become believe (they do not wish their spirits to reach Allah, while they are living).

Surely, We have put on their necks chains that reach up to their chins. Therefore, they are the ones whose heads are raised aloft.

And We have covered them (organs and senses), putting a barrier before and after them. They no longer see.

And it is equal for them whether you warn them or warn them not. They do not become âmenû (they do not wish their spirits to reach Allah before death).

You warn only him who follows the Praise (the Qur'an and Praise) and is in reverence towards the Most Beneficent in the Unseen (without seeing Him). Give him glad tidings of forgiveness (replacement of his sins with good) and a generous reward.

Surely, We give life to the dead, and We write down what they have presented and their works and We have recorded everything in Imam-ı Mubin (every human’s film of life).

And give them the example of the dwellers of the city. The Messengers had come to them.

We had sent to them two (Messengers), but they belied them both. Then We reinforced (them) with a third (Messenger). Then they said: “Surely we are the sent Messengers to you”.

They said: “You are nothing but humans like us, and the Most Beneficent has not sent down anything, you only lie”.

(The Messengers) said: “Our Lord knows that we have been sent to you as Messengers.

And there is no responsibility upon us but a plain conveyance (of the Message)”.

They said: “Surely we endured bad luck from you. If you do not desist, we will certainly stone you, and a painful torment will touch you from us”.

They said: “Your bad luck is with you (your bad luck is from yourselves). (Do you endure bad luck) because you are reminded of the Dhikr (reminded)? Nay, you are an unbridled people (that crossed the line).

And from the farthest part of the city there came a man running. He (Khabib Nejar) said: “O my people, obey the Messengers sent (to you).

Obey (these) people who do not ask you for a reward (for their conveyance), because they are the (Mahdis) guides (those who have reached Return and make others to reach Return).

And why should I not become a servant to the One, who created me; and to Him you shall be brought back!

Do I take besides Him other gods? If the Most Beneficent intends me any harm, their intercession will be of no use for me whatsoever, nor can they save me.

If that was the case (if I worshipped idols), truly I certainly would be in obvious Darkness.

Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so hear me”.

It was said (to him): “Enter the paradise”! He said: “Oh, if my people knew,

why my Lord has replaced my sins with good and made me of the honored ones!”

And We did not send down upon his people after him an army from the heaven, nor did We send down,

(Their punishment) was nothing but a single Saihah (a powerful sound wave). Then they became the ones that turned off.

Woe to those servants! There never came a Messenger to them but they used to mock at him (they mocked them all).

Have they not seen how many of the generations We destroyed before them that they (those who had been destroyed) did not return to them?

And when all will gather together they (too) will be made to be present in Our Presence.

And the dead earth is a Sign (miracle) for them. We revived it and We brought forth from it grains so that they eat thereof.

And We have made therein gardens of date-palms and grapevines and We have caused springs of water to gush forth therein,

that they may eat of the fruit thereof, and what their hands made it. Will they still not then be grateful?

Glory be to Him Who created all the pairs of what the earth grows, and of their souls and of what they do not know.

And the night is a Sign for them. We strip it of the day, and behold, they are in the darkness.

And the sun runs on in its orbit made steady for it. That is the Ordinance of the Majestic, the All-Knowing.

And until the moon does not acquire a form similar to a dried (curved) date stalk (until it becomes a crescent), We have ordained its stations.

It is not for the sun to over-take the moon, nor does the night outstrip the day; and all float on in their orbit.

And a Sign for them is that We transport their offspring in laden ships.

And like these (ships), We created for them what they ride.

And if We will, We drown them, and there is no help for them, neither can they be saved,

except a mercy from Us, and a provision till a determined time.

And it was said to them: “Beware of that which is before you and that which is behind you (beware of acquiring negative degrees in the future, as well as negative degrees that you have already acquired in the past), that you may be given mercy”.

Never comes a Verse of the Verses of their Lord to them so that they did not turn away from it.

And when it is said to them; “Spend of that which Allah has provided you with”, those who disbelieve say to those who are âmenû (who are true believe); “Shall we feed him whom, if Allah willed, He would have fed? You are only obvious in Darkness”.

And they say, “When will this promise be if you are truthful”?

They have nothing to await forward but a powerful sound wave that will seize them, while they are arguing.

So they shall not be able to make a bequest, nor can they return to their families.

And the Trumpet is blown. Then from their graves they come out quickly (fly, rise up) to their Lord.

They said: “Woe to us! Who has raised us from our resting-place (our graves)? This is what the Most-Beneficent promised and the Messengers had told the truth”.

Only one powerful sound-wave. Then they are all to be present before Us.

So, on that day, will be not injustice a single soul, and nothing will be repaid to you, except for what you did.

Surely, the dwellers of paradise will be in pleasant occupation on that Day.

They and their spouses will (sit) in the shadows, leaning on the thrones.

They have fruits therein and whatever they want,

(and also) the word: “Peace” from the Lord, the Most Merciful.

And get apart today, o, you, sinners!

Did I not take a Covenant from you, O sons of Adam, that you will not be slaves to Satan, because he is an obvious enemy to you,

and that you will be My servants? This is Sıratı Mustakîm (the path of guidance that leads to Allah)!

And I swear, he (Satan) left in Darkness very multitude of you. Do you still not, then, use your minds?

This is Hell which you were promised!

Get in there today for what you denied!

Today, We seal up their mouths. Their hands speak to Us and their feet bear witness of what they earned (committed).

And if We had willed, We would certainly wreak havoc (blind) their eyes, then they would run about on the way. After this, how should they see (the torment they will undergo)?

And had We willed, We would surely have changed them in their places (cripple them), then they would have been unable to go forward and backward.

And whomsoever We cause to live long, We reverse him in creation (take his strength away). Do they still not then use their minds?

And We have not taught him (the Prophet) poetry, and this would not be suitable for him. This is nothing else than a Reminder (Dhikr) and clear Qur'ân,

to warn the living, and that the word (of torment) against the unbelievers might become true.

Have they not seen how We have created animals for them, out what We do Our Hands (Our Power)? So, they possess them (the cattle).

And We have subdued them (the animals) unto them, so some of them they have to ride upon, and some of them they eat.

And therein they have (many) benefits and drinks (milk). Will they still not be grateful?

And they have taken gods besides Allah, hoping they may be helped.

They (those gods) cannot help them and they are a soldier made ready (to help) for them (those gods).

Therefore let not their speech grieve you. Surely, We know what they conceal and what they disclose.

huva haaseemun mubeen(mubeenun). Has human not seen how We have created him from a drop? Then he became a clear enemy (against) to Us.

And he has coined for Us a similitude, forgetting his own creation. He said: “Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten away”?

Say: “He will revive them Who produced them at the first, and He is the All- Knowing of all creations”.

He Who has made for you the fire (oxygen) from the green tree, and so you kindle (fire) from it (from the oxygen).

Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yes, He is the Supreme Creator, the All-Knowing.

When He wills a thing, His command is to say to it: “Be,” and it happens.

Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose Hand is the Dominion of all things! And to Him you shall be brought back.

36:83

Fatir

As-Saffat

فَسُبْحَانَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

Fa subheanallazee bi yadihee malakootu kulli shay’in va ilayhi turcaoon(turcaoona).

Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose Hand is the Dominion of all things! And to Him you shall be brought back.
