وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَىٰ وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ

Va mea yazkuroona illea an yasheaaalleah(yasheaaalleahu), huva ahlut taakvea va ahlul maagfirah(maagfirati).

And no one will be able to remember (praise) Him (Allah and the Quran) except those whom Allah wills. He (the one whom Allah wills) is the owner of takwa and the one whose sins are replaced with good.
