اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَمِنَ الْأَرْضِ مِثْلَهُنَّ يَتَنَزَّلُ الْأَمْرُ بَيْنَهُنَّ لِتَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا

AAlleahullazee haalaakaa sab'aa sameaveatin va minal aardı mislahunn(mislahunna), yatanazzalul amru baynahunna li taa'lamoo annaalleaha aalea kulli shay'in kaadeerun va annaalleaha kaad aheataa bi kulli shay'in ilmea(ilman).

Allah is the One Who created seven (layers) of the heavens and the same number (7 layers) of the earth. A command descends constantly between them (between the heavens and the earth) so that you know that Allah is the Almighty and that Allah embraces all things with His knowledge.
