The Event

When that (great) Event befalls,

there is no one who could belie this event, which befalls.

He (Allah) is abasing, exalting.

Then the earth had been shaken with a violent shaking

and the mountains had been crumbled,

so that they became particles of dust.

And (then) you will be divided into three groups.

That’s Ashab-ı Meymene (owners of goodness, those who will be given their Records /life films from their right side) (but) what Ashab-ı Meymene!

And Ashab-ı Mesheme (sinister, those who will be given their Records/life films from their left side) (but) what Ashab-ı Mesheme!

And the Sabikun (those who compete in goodness and go beyond), the Sabikun,

that’s they are near (to Allah) –

in Naîm paradises.

They are people from the previous ones,

and a few (of them) are from among the subsequent ones,

which on thrones of gold decorated with jewelry (pearls and rubies),

on which they recline opposite each other.

Eternal youths go around them,

with goblets, ewers and crystal cups filled from flowing spring,

wherefrom (from the wine) they get neither any headache nor any intoxication.

And the fruits they desire

and (offered with) the meat of birds as they wish,

and (there are) beautiful woman with stunningly beautiful eyes,

just like hidden pearls,

as a reward for what they used to do.

They will not hear therein a vain talk or commit sin,

but they will only say: "Peace! Peace!"

Ashab-ı Yemin (those who have kept their promise whose records/life films are given from their right side) (but) what Ashab-ı Yemin.

They (Ashab-ı Yemin) amongst the thorn-less cedar trees,

and (amongst) the banana trees with fruits piled one above another,

and (in) extended shades,

and (amongst) waterfalls,

and (amongst) abundant fruits–

doesn’t inexhaustible or get forbidden,

and they are on lofty mattresses (thrones), raised high.

Surely, We have built (created) them with a new fashion (creation)

and We have made them virgins,

loving their spouses, equal in age.

For Ashab-ı Yemin (those who have kept their promise whose records/life films are given from their right side and front).

(They are) a people from the previous ones,

and also a people of the subsequent ones.

And Ashabush Shimal (those ill-omened ones whose records/life films are given from their left side, people of hell) (but) what Ashabush Shimal!

They (Ashabush Shimal (owners of evil)) are in burning heat (that penetrates to their marrow), and in boiling water,

and in the shade of black smoke, that

neither provides coolness nor relieving.

Surely, before that, they were indulged in luxury

and they were persisting in the great sin,

and they were saying: “Will we then indeed be raised when we die and have become dust and bones,

and also our forefathers (who died before us)”?

Say: “The previous and the subsequent ones too (will be resurrected).

On the appointed time of a known Day, they will surely be gathered together”.

Then you, o beliers who are truly in Darkness!

You are definitely the ones who will eat of a tree of Zaqqûm,

so you are the ones who will fill your bellies with it,

and drink it with boiling water,

drinking, like thirsty sick camel drinks.

This is their treat on the Day of the Religion.

We, We have created you! So why don't you confirm yet?

Then have you seen (comprehended) what is the semen that you ejaculate?

Is it you who create it or are We the Creator?

We, We have ordained death among you. And We are not to be outrun (not stopped)

in that We will change your forms (at your death, which you had in earthly life) and transform you (for the last life) in a way unknown to you.

And I swear, you have known the first creation. So why are you still not thinking?

Then have you seen the crop you seeded (Do you know that the necessary codes and programs are hidden in the seed you have sown for the development of a new plant belonging to its species, do you comprehend this)?

Do you grow it or do We grow (it)?

If We willed, We would have made it a dry herb, then you would be perplexed

(and would say): “Surely we are in loss.

Nay! We are the ones who are left without crop“.

Moreover, have you seen the water which you have been drinking?

Did you bring it (water) down from the clouds, or are We the One who brought it down?

If We willed, We could make it bitter; why do you not then give thanks?

Have you also seen the fire which you kindle?

Did you create the tree or did We create it?

We have made it an example and a source (of heat and light) for the travelers of the desert (camp in the Sahara).

So, glorify the Name of your Lord, Majestic.

So nay! I swear by the location of the stars!

And most surely that is a very great oath if you only knew.

Most surely that is the noble Qur’ân,

in a Book well-guarded (in Levhi Mahfuz).

None may touch it but the purified ones (materially and spiritually).

Sent down by the Lord of the Worlds (in parts, verses).

Or are you those who do not believe in this word and doubt it?

And you endowed yourself with what you refuted (since you doubted that the words in the Kor'an were sent down from the Lord of the worlds, then you can only consider him a lie).

If death comes to the throat, shouldn't you?

And you just (helplessly) watch.

And We are nearer to it (to spirit) than you, but you do not see.

So if you are not those who will be punished,

then avert it (death) if you are truthful.

But if he is one of those who are near to Allah,

then (for him) there is joy, repose, nicely scented plants and Naîm paradise.

But if he is one of the owners of the Promise (one of those whose records/life film is given from their right side),

then (said to him): “Peace to you from the owners of the Promise” (from those whose records/life films is given from their right side).

And but if he is one of those in Darkness ones who (also) refuted,

then there (for him) is a treat of boiling water

and being thrown into a flaming fire.

Most surely this (what is explained, given news) is Hakk'ul Yakîn (an absolute truth).

So, glorify the Name of your Lord, Majestic.

56:96

فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ

Fa sabbih bismi raabbikal aazeem(aazeemi).

So, glorify the Name of your Lord, Majestic.
