لِيُعَذِّبَ اللَّهُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْمُشْرِكَاتِ وَيَتُوبَ اللَّهُ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا

Li yuaazzibaalleahul muneafikeena val muneafikeati val mushrikeena val mushrikeati va yatoobaalleahu aalal mu’mineena val mu’mineat(mu’mineati), va keanaalleahu gaafooran raaheemea(raaheeman).

This is so that Allah may torment the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women and the associating men and the associating women and to accept the repentance of the believing men and the believing women. Allah is Ever Oft- Forgiving (Replacing sins with good), Most Merciful (Acting with His Name of Most Merciful).
